Hawaii's special papaya seed dressings are manufactured by Pupukea Gardens on Oahu's north shore. Our popular Papaya Seed Dressing "original recipe" haw a delicious sweet/tart flavor. We also manufacture two sugar free/no carb dressings. The Papaya Seed Vinaigrette has a tart/tangy taste, and our new Peppered Papaya Seed Dressing contains a mildly hot spicy/tart flavor. Our dressings are packaged in a 16 oz bottle and gallon size for restaurant and institutional use. They are available retail and wholesale in Hawaii and for export outside the Aloha State.
