Pacifikool

Pacifikool processes Hawaiian and Thai (galangal) ginger syrups made with ginger grown on the islands of Hawaii and Oahu respectively. The syrups have the fresh, clean and pungent taste of the gingers – Hawaiian is the classic spicy ginger flavor while Thai has the amazing aromas of flowers and camphor. The ginger syrups shine in ginger drinks created by the owner: Island Ginger Ale, Gingercooler, Kool Punch with Hibiscus Tea, Pineapple and Ginger, Super Kool made with Hawaiian Spirulina, Matcha, and ginger syrup. Drinks are available at several farmers markets: KCC, Ala Moana, Royal Hawaiian Center, Blaisdell and Kailua markets. Also excellent in cocktails and drizzled over desserts and foods. Pacifikool ginger syrups are sold retail on Oahu at Tamuras, R. Field, Whole Foods. HFM Foodservice is the island wide distributor for Pacifikool Hawaiian Ginger Syrup.
