HFMA Is Awarded Six Grants from the Hawaii State Dept of Agriculture

HFMA is pleased to have been awarded 6 grants for 2008 from the Hawaii State Dept of Agriculture. These include:

1. $20,000 to develop efficient distribution to Japan.

2. $12,000 for the FoodEx Trade Show in Japan in March 2008

3. $12,000 for an HFMA group booth at the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco in January, 2009

4. $7,000 for local in store promotions with certain retailers

5. $7,000 for local in store promotions with certain other retailers

6. $5,000 to develop distribution systems to the mainland
